Sorting and recycling textile
materials is a complex task due to the wide variety of fibers that compose them, the lack of standardization in labeling and their different origin (MSW plants, post-consumer waste and industrial textile waste). This implies specific classification solutions for each of them.
- Our automated sorting technology uses advanced identification and classification techniques, such as infrared and color optical sensors or such as artificial intelligence and robotics.
- Thanks to these technologies we can sort textile waste according to its composition and color, thus making this process an essential step towards the industrialization of textile recycling.
